本文采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了WO3 膜 ,分析了热处理温度对WO3 薄膜结构的影响 ,探讨了热处理温度下WO3
Wo 3 thin films were prepared by the Sol Gel method,the effects of annealing temperature on the structure of Wo 3 thin films were analysed.Electrochromic properties of Wo 3 thin films under annealing temperature were also discussed.
