摘要
文中介绍了金属Al和Au薄膜光电阴极的光电发射特性和暴露大气后的稳定情况 ,给出了实验结果 。
The photoemission characteristics of Aluminum(Al)and gold (Au)thin film photoelectric cathodes and the stability its exposed to air were studied in this paper.The results of the experiments and study on its photoemission were givn.The application prospect of surface emitter in near UV region was proposed.
