化工专业校企合作人才培养模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of School-enterprise Cooperation Training Mode in Chemical Engineering

本文分析目前我国高等工程教育中普遍存在的人才培养与社会需求相脱节的缺憾及其成因;立足新办地方本科高校的定位及办学条件,研究探索校企合作人才培养模式的路径,总结研究方法及实践效果;提出“在三个紧密中突出三个注重;理实合一、工学结合、学训交替”等工程教育理念和教学模式.

The current prevalence of Higher Engineering Education in personnel training out of touch with the needs of society and the status quo causes were analyzed. Based on the positioning of Newly Established Local Universities and school conditions, school-- enterprise cooperation training model was studied, and the research methodology and practical effects were summarized. Engineering educational and teaching philosophy, such as ＂highlighting three focus in three closely relationship＂, and ＂Theory and Practice unity, work and study, learning and training alternating＂, were proposed.
