为提升高等职业药学专业学生实践能力,以职业需求为导向,以职业能力为核心,融入职业岗位资格标准,坚持以“学生为中心,能力为本位,就业为导向”的指导思想,进行有针对性的实践教学改革.探索以项目任务驱动的药学综合实训课程的开发,培养学生独立解决问题的能力和综合职业能力,实现与就业岗位的零距离对接.

For the promotion of practice ability of pharmacy student in higher vocation college,occupation demand as guide and occupation ability as the core, we conduct according to the practice of teaching reform by putting the occupation qualification standards into it and adhering the guiding ideology of the ＂students as the center,ability as the standard,employment as the guidance＂. To explore improvement of pharmaceutical comprehensive training courses base on the project and task-driven,and to cultivate students＇ ability to solve problems independently and comprehensive occupation ability, the purpose is realizing zero docking with employment post.
