200例妇产科术后行输卵管结扎术的临床应用

Clinical Application of Tubal Ligation in 200 Cases after Obstetrics and Gynecology Operation

目的通过实验评价妇产科术后行输卵管结扎术及其临床应用价值,以及不同切口选择对手术的影响。方法 200例妇科术后患者分成两组,均行输卵管结扎术,对照组行全统直切口,实验组行高位旁正中横切口。观察比较两组的手术基本情况及并发症。结果实验组患者的手术时间,出血量,住院时间均较少,而且该组患者的刀口积血,切口感染,膀胱损伤,肠管损伤等并发症的发生率均较低。结论妇产科术后行输卵管结扎术时选择高位旁正中切口更有助于手术的成功进行,减少病人痛苦及并发症的产生,临床上应推荐使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of tubal ligation after obstetrics and gynecology operation and the effect of different incision on the surgery by an experiment. Methods 200 patients after gynecologic operation were divided into two groups, all underwent tubal ligation, the control group adopted the traditional straight incision, and the experimental group adopted upper paramedian incision. The basic situation of operation and complieations were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, bleeding volume, and hospitalization time of the patients in experimental group were less, the incidence of incision hematoma, wound infection, bladder injury, intestinal injury and other complications was lower. Conclu- sion The selection of high paramedian incision in tubal ligation after obstetrics and gynecology operation is more helpful to the success of the operation, which can reduce the pain and the incidenee of complications of the patients and should be recommend- ed in clinical practice.
