摘要
本文介绍了应变式称重传感器电路补偿与调整中的零点温度补偿、零点输出调整、线性补偿、灵敏度温度补偿机理及影响因素,以理论分析为依据,分别推算出零点温度补偿电阻Rt、零点输出调整电阻Rz、线性补偿电阻RL、灵敏度温度补偿电阻RMt的理论与经验计算公式。并简要介绍了这几项电路补偿与调整工艺要点,分析了在生产实践中应用这些补偿电阻计算公式应注意的问题。
