摘要
目的了解深圳市南北区某存储设备制造企业洁净车间的职业病危害现状。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康监护等方法进行分析。结果该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素有:正己烷、四氯化碳、丙酮、丙烯酸、异丙醇、噪声、紫外辐射和激光。部分作业岗位异丙醇浓度、短波紫外辐射、噪声强度超过职业接触限值。结论该企业通过采取有效的职业病危害防护措施,基本能够控制存在的职业病危害因素,但需注意洁净车间这种特殊工作环境的职业卫生问题。
[ Objective ] To understand the present situation of occupational hazard in clean rooms of a storage equipment manufactur ing enterprise in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City. [ Methods ] The field occupational health investigation, occupational hazards detection and occupational health surveillance were adopted for evaluation. [ Results ] The main occupational hazards were Nhex ane, carbon tetrachloride, acetone, acrylic acid, isopropanol, noise, uhraviolet radiation and laser.. Isopropyl alcohol concentra tion, noise and ultraviolet radiation intensity of some operation posts were not in line with national requirements of occupational ex posure limits. [ Conclusion] Occupational hazards can be controlled by taking effective protection measures of occupational hazard in this enterprise, but the occupational health problems of clean room, which is a special working environment, still need to attract at tentions.
