面制食品中铝的感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定法

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定面食制品中铝含量的方法。方法采用混酸消解后获得的待测试液,以电感耦合等离子光谱法测定。结果铝在0-40g/ml的线性范围内,线性相关系数达到0.9998,6次平行试验,相对标准偏差小于4%。结论该法具有灵敏度高、检测限低、线性范围宽、操作方便、结果准确等特点,可以用于面制食品中铝的检测。 [ Objective] To establish the method to determine the content of aluminum in flour products by inductively coupled plas ma atomic emission spectrometry ( ICPAES). [Methods ] The test solution is digested by mixed acids and determined by ICPAES. [ Results] The linear range of aluminum was 040 g/mL while the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8. The RSD of 6 samples was less than 4%. [ Conclusion] This method is proved highly sensitive, low in detection limit, wide in linear range, convenient in operation and accurate in resuks, thus available in determination of aluminum in flour products.
