摘要
目的建立眼氨肽注射液中砷、锑、铅、镉的测定方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)对眼氨肽注射液中砷、锑、铅、镉进行同时测定。结果砷、锑、铅浓度在1~20ng/ml,镉浓度在0.5—10ng/ml范围内线型良好(铅r=1.0000;砷r=0.9999;镉r=0.9996;锑r=0.9995);平均回收率为砷100.28%,锑99。59%,铅99.02%,镉99.62%;精密度(RSD):铅为1.12%,砷为0.88%,镉为0.97%,锑为1.20%。结论该方法准确可靠,能够对4种元素进行同时测定,灵敏度高,重现性好。
[ Objective] To establish a method for determination of arsenic, antimony, lead and cadmium in eye aminopeptidase in jection. [ Methods] Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICPMS)was adopted to simultaneously detect arsenic, antimo ny, lead and cadmium in eye aminopeptidase injection. [ Results] Good linearship was shown with arsenic, antimony, lead concen tration in 1 20 ng / ml and cadmium concentrations in 0.5 - 10 ng / ml ( lead r = 1. 000 0 ; arsenic r = 0. 999 9 ; cadmium r = 0. 999 6 ; antimony r = 0.999 5 ). The recoveries of arsenic, antimony, lead and cadmium were 100.28% , 99.59%, 99.02% and 99.62%, and the RSD was I. 12%, 0.88%, 0.97%, 1.20%, respectively. [Conclusion]The method is accurate and relia ble, capable of simultaneously detecting 4 elements, with high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
