摘要 目的观察老年病科开展健康课堂的效果,探讨建立健全、完善的健康课堂式的教育模式。方法采取随机方便抽样的方法,选择武汉某综合三级医院200名老年住院患者,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规健康教育,对观察组在常规健康教育基础上给予健康课堂形式的健康教育。两组患者均于出院后1个月采用自行设计的健康课堂调查表进行回访调查,比较不同方法对老年住院患者健康教育的效果。结果在健康教育效果方面,观察组老年人对疾病的认知、康复保健知识等的知晓程度较理想,知晓情况得分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年病科开展健康课堂的健康教育方式效果很好,对患者提高自我效能、自我护理能力起到一定作用,为探讨开展更加完善的健康教育模式提供了一定依据。 [ Objective] To observe the effect of health lectures in geriatrics department, explore a sound and perfect health educa tion model of health lectures. [ Methods] By using the simple random sampling, 200 elderly inpatients were collected from a com prehensive gradethree hospital in Wuhan City, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given the routine health education, and the observation group received the health lectures on the basis of routine health education. One month after discharge, both two groups were investigated by the selfdesigned health lecture questionnaire, and the effects in elderly inpatients between different health education methods were compared. [ Results ] The awareness rates of knowledge about diseases and rehabilitation care in the observation group were better, the scores were higher than those in the control group, and difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion] The health lectures have obvious effect in geriatrics depart ment, and it can help patients improve the selfefficacy and selfnursing ability, which provide the basis for implementing a more perfect mode of health education.
