机械通气联合连续性血液滤过方案治疗慢性阻塞性肺炎并发急性肾损伤临床疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究慢性阻塞性肺病并发急性肾损伤患者的临床表现特点,探讨采用机械通气联合连续性血液滤过治疗方案的临床疗效。方法对我院自2007年7月至2012年12月期间收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺病并发急性肾损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其并发症、临床表现进行分析,采用机械通气联合连续性血液滤过治疗方案,评价其临床治疗效果。结果我院收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺病并发急性肾损伤患者经治疗后,治愈率为58.75%,好转率为16.25%,慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)转化率为8.75%,死亡率为16.25%。结论慢性阻塞性肺病并发急性肾损伤发病率较高,属于临床上高危人群,死亡率较高。慢性阻塞性肺病并发急性肾损伤还容易诱发其他全身个器官的衰竭,从而导致该病死亡率进一步增加。早期发现并采取机械通气联合连续性血液滤过治疗措施可以有效治疗该疾病并降低死亡率,具有较为显著的效果。 Objective To study the clinical features of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated by acute kidney injury patients and investigate the chnical efficacy of mechanical ventilation combined with continuous hemofihration. Methods Analyze the clinical data about 80 cases of COPD complicated by AKI patient who were accepted from July 2007 to December 2012 in our hospital. Used and evaluated the method of mechanical ventilation combined with continuous hemofiltration. Results After treatment, the cure rate of 80 cases of COPD complicated by AKI patients in our hospital was 58.75% , and the improve rate was 16.25%. The percentage of chronic kidney disease transformation was 8.75% and mortality rate was 16.25%. Conclusions Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated by acute kidney injury has a higher morbidity and mortality. This disease is so likely to cause other systemic organ failure that the mortality rate was improved. The method of mechanical ventilation combined with continuous hemofihration a significant clinical effect.
