健康状况综合评估的方法在老年肿瘤临床治疗中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨健康状况综合评估的方法在老年肿瘤临床治疗中的作用.方法 对我科2012年1-6月住院的78例60岁以上、并准备化疗的老年肿瘤患者,化疗前采用健康状况评估的方法（改良疾病累计评分法）进行评估.结果 78例老年患者14～25分58例顺利完成化疗,25 ～ 35分12例经过积极辅助治疗完成化疗,35～70分8例经过积极干预仍不能进行化疗.结论 健康状况综合评估的方法在老年肿瘤临床治疗有一定作用.
