脑梗死患者红细胞比容不同检测方法的一致性评价

Consistency evaluation of different methods for packed cell volume measurement in cerebral infarction patients

目的红细胞比容是脑梗死的重要危险因素之一,对于红细胞比容的不同检测方法,采用person相关分析和Bland-Altman图评价血液分析仪法和温氏法测定红细胞比容的一致性。方法分别采用仪器法和温氏法检测120名脑梗死患者同时抽出的EDTA-K2抗凝血和肝素抗凝血的红细胞比容,并将测定结果进行person相关分析和Bland-Altman分析,绘制一致性限度作为评价一致性的指标。结果简单相关分析显示两种方法具有良好的相关性,r=0.859,P<0.01;Bland-Altman分析表明两种方法具有良好的一致性。结论红细胞比容的两种测定方法具有可比性和可替代性,仪器法和温氏法均可以作为脑梗死患者红细胞比容的检测方法。测定脑梗死患者红细胞比容可以互用。

Objective Packed cell volume has been considered as one of the important factors for cerebral infarction.By using the Pearson's correlation analysis and Bland-Altman analysis to assess the agreement of different methods of PCV measurement in cerebral infarction patients.Methods Two hundred and forty venous blood samples were taken from one hundred and twenty cerebral infarction patients.These samples were processed by apparatus and Wintrobe method separately.Bland-Altman analysis and Pearson's correlation analysis were performed to assess the results.Results Simple correlation analysis showed that the results of two methods had good correlation of r = 0.859,P < 0.01;Bland-Altman analysis for the measurements showed a good relativity.Conclusions There are interchangeability and comparable in two methods,to use apparatus or wintrobe method,is interoperable.
