摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像技术与二维超声在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的价值。方法对150例患者的186个甲状腺结节行二维超声和弹性成像检查;以手术病理结果作为标准,评价超声弹性技术应用价值。结果超声弹性成像技术与二维超声诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为88.95%、72.89%、76.02%,二维超声诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为78.66%、74.89%、75.33%,超声弹性成像技术与二维超声准确性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声弹性成像在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别诊断中有一定价值。 Objective To compare the value of strain ratio in ultrasonic elestography and gray-scale uhrasonography in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 150 patients with 186 thyroid nodules underwent conventional uhrasonography and elastography. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were compared with gay-scale ultrasongraphy. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of gray-scale uhrasonography were 78.66%, 74.89% and 75.33%. The difference between strain ratio and gray- scale uhrasonography was not significant ( P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusions Strain ratio has moderate degree of diagnostic value in differentiating the benign and malignant thyroid nodules. The strain ratio and elasticity score in elasticity images is helpful in the differential diagnosis of thyroid lesions.
