PDCA循环法在住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果

THE APPLICATION OF PDCA IN STANDARDIZED TRAINING OF RESIDENT DOCTORS

目的探讨PDCA循环法在住院医师培训中的应用效果。方法将116名住院医师随机分为对照组和PDCA组,每组58名,以传统管理方式和PDCA循环法分别进行培训。结果 PDCA组理论、技能成绩明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(t=20.446、13.256,P<0.01)。结论采用PDCA循环法进行住院医师培训,可有效提高住院医师培训质量。

Objective To explore the application of PDCA in training resident doctors. Methods One hundred and sixteen residents were evenly randomized to control group and PDCA group and trained by traditional management method and PDCA,respectively. Results The performance record of residents in PDCA group was obviously superior to those in the control group in terms of theory and skills（t=20.446,13.256;P0.01）. Conclusion By employing PDCA circulation method to train residents can effectively raise their quality.
