摘要
分析橡胶隔膜在实际工作中的情况,建立隔膜二维轴对称结构隔膜有限元模型和三维模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对隔膜真空泵橡胶隔膜进行分析计算,从理论力学模型分析计算和实验验证两种方法对仿真分析结果进行验证,并利用分析结果对橡胶隔膜的结构设计进行优化。
This paper analyzes the actual working condition of rubber diaphragm , and builds its axial symmetry 2D and 3D finite element model . The rubber diaphragm of diaphragm vacuum pump was analyzed and calculated by ANSYS software , and the simulation results were verified through theoretical analysis of mechanical model and experiments . The physical design of rubber diaphragm was optimized based on analysis results .
