摘要 [目的]为建立冬小麦抗逆应变的化学调控技术。[方法]以周麦22为材料,在大田条件下研究了外源喷施α-酮戊二酸对低水氮条件下小麦产量形成相关性状的影响。[结果]外源α-酮戊二酸增加了低水氮条件下冬小麦叶片SPAD值、全氮含量及氮素转运率,千粒重、产量及氮肥偏生产力明显提高。[结论]外源喷施α-酮戊二酸是一种改善低水氮胁迫下小麦生长的有效手段。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to establish chemical control technology of winter wheat for adapting to stress condition. [ Meth- od] Using Zhoumai 22 as material, the effects of exogenous α-oxoglutarate on yield and its components of wheat under low water potential and low nitrogen stress were investigated. [ Result] The study showed that exogenous α-oxoglutarate can increase leaf SPAD value, total nitrogen and percentage of nitrogen transported of winter wheat, enhancing 1000-kernel weight, yield and productivities from the applied N. [ Conclu- sion ] Appling exogenous α-oxoglutarate was one of effective means improving wheat growth under low water and nitrogen stress.
