摘要
分析了具有带动性的 6项高技术发明 ,即电子计算机、半导体晶体管、微电子芯片、激光器、信息网络与基因重组的重大意义 ;论述了高技术产业化的有关问题 ;阐述了知识对经济的贡献 ,以及智力资源及其开发利用。
The important values of six hi-tech inventions are analyzed,i.e.,computer,semi-conductor tube,micro-electronic chip,laser device,information network and gene reconfiguration.Hi-tech industrization and related problems are described,the knowledge contribution to economy and the applications of talent resources are also discussed.
