Main Points on Hand-Rearing Technology of Captive Felids in Xining Wildlife Garden

近年来,西宁野生动物园在饲养繁殖和野外救护的猫科动物雪豹、荒漠猫、猞猁等,都遇到因母猫弃子或无母猫管养而只能采取人工饲养措施进行抚育的情况。此时,猫科动物的人工饲养技术水平成为保证幼体成活和健康成长的关键所在。从饲养环境、饲养管理、疾病防治和行为发育等方面阐述了西宁野生动物园圈养猫科动物的人工饲养技术。

Some problems about maternal neglect to newborns or no mother cat left for kittens were happened during the condition of bearing or rescue in Xining Wildlife Garden, including snow leopard （Uncia Uncia）, desert cat （Felis bieti ） , and lynx（ Lynx lynx）etc. In these ca- ses, hand- rearing technology is very important to guarantee the survival and healthy growth of the kittens. This paper sets forth the main points on hand-rearing technology of captive felids from the rearing surrounding, rearing management, disease prevention and treatment, and behavior development.
