西部制造业发展战略的思考

The Strategy of West China Manufacturing Development

为了带动我国整体经济进一步发展 ,中央作出重大决策 :实施西部大开发。在这个历史的关键时刻 ,西部制造业应该如何发展是大家关心的问题。发展制造业不是西部大开发的当前重点 ,发展制造业必须在人口、环境、资源等宏观经济和社会系统中加以综合考虑。讨论了西部制造业的改造和实现跨越式发展的可能性 ,提出充分利用社会制造资源、联合起来去竞争的设想。

The position and goal of manufacturing industry in the Program of West China Development are introduced. A primary concept of improvement and re-organization of manufacturing industry in West China, including environment protection, information technology and business re-engineering are discussed. The challenges of West China manufacturing enterprise faced in the next decade are considered. Finally, a new manufacturing concept named Dispersed Network Manufacturing for cooperating to compete is presented.
