摘要
为解决旋转机械油膜涡动故障较难诊断的问题,通过建立油膜涡动故障模型,利用实验室Bently转轴试验台设置油膜涡动故障状态,获得轴承在油膜涡动状态下的主要振动特征。结果显示,转轴轴心在油膜涡动时的时域波形变为原来的1/2,涡动频率大约为工作频率的1/2左右,转轴轴心转动半个周期。综合得出,试验结果与理论分析较为接近,为旋转机械油膜涡动故障诊断提供了一定的实践依据。
In order to solve the problem of rotating machinery oil turbulence is more difficult to diagnose, through the establish- ment of oil turbulence fault model, set oil turbulence fault state in Bently rotor test rig to get oil turbulence vibration characteris- tics. The results show that the time domain waveform diagram of the rotor in the oil turbulence becomes 1/2 of the original wave- form. The turbulence frequency occurs in a frequency of about 1/2 of the working frequency. The axis rotates about a half cycle. All in all, the experimental results and the theoretical analysis is closer,it provides a theoretical basis for oil turbulence of rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
