摘要
利用ANSYS软件APDL编写了某型号向心关节轴承静载荷下的应力场分析程序,在有限元模型中用刚性面来替代芯轴和轴承座。通过分析、对比关节轴承在不同载荷下轴承内、外圈的应力场分布,得到了关节轴承能承受的极限静载荷;在进一步的分析中,通过采用线性最小二乘法,得到了向心关节轴承径向载荷与轴承内、外圈最大接触应力间的关系公式,为关节轴承的结构强度设计提供了理论依据与参考。
A model of the spherical plain bearings under static load stress field is developer based on APDL of ANSYS software. In the finite element model, the spindle and house components of the bearing are instead of a rigid surface. The stress distributions of bearing under different load are carried out, then the ultimate loading capacity of the bearing is determined. Finally, the relationships of the maximum contact pressure with the bearing load are obtained using the linear least squares method. These formulas provide a theoretical reference for the structural strength selection of the spherical plain bearing.
