摘要 为了缩短大规模定制产品的设计周期及降低开发成本,解决工程经验的重用问题,提出了一种新型的电缆保护产品快速设计方法。将知识工程与计算机辅助设计技术相结合,并基于产品模块化技术和实例推理技术,实现了电缆保护产品的系列化、标准化和通用化,构建了该产品的快速模块参数化设计系统。经实例验证,该系统明显缩短了电缆保护产品的开发周期,提高了企业产品的开发效率。 In order to shorten the design cycle of mass customization product, reduce development costs and solve the problem of the reuse of engineering experience, a new design method was proposed to be applied to cable protection product. Combining with Knowledge-Based Engineering (KBE) and computer aided design technology, the method which is based on the product modularization technique and case-based reasoning technology realizes serialization, standardized and generalization of the cable protection of products and constructs the rapid module and parametric design system. The system is demonstrated to cut short the design cycle of cable protection product obviously and improve product development efficiency with specific example.
