丹红注射液联合硒治疗高脂血症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on Effect of selenious with dan-hong injection in the treatment of hyperlipidemia

目的:观察丹红注射液联合硒在60例高脂血症患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法:确诊的高脂血症患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予血脂康胶囊,每日2次,每次2粒。治疗组给予5%GS250 ml+丹红注射液30 ml,西维尔100μg,每日2次,两组均连续治疗4周,观察两组患者治疗前后血脂指标。结果:两组患者治疗后TC、TG均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合硒具有明显降脂疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of selenious with dan- hong injection in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods：Totally 60 hyperlipidemia were randomly assigned the treatment group and the control group, 30 in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated by dan - hong injection 30ml and saline 250 ml compound with selenious two capsules twice, the control group were treated by xue zhi kang two capsules twice,two groups were treated four weeks. Result ：TC and TG of the two groups after treatment were changed（ P 〈 0.05）. Between the two groups were changed （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： It is more effective of selenious with dan - hong injection in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
