摘要
目的:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定罗汉果、桔梗、川贝母、半夏、百部及前胡6种中草药中的微量元素含量。方法:用硝酸和高氯酸(3+1)对样品进行消解,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定罗汉果、桔梗、川贝母、半夏、百部及前胡中Cu、Zn、Mg、Mn微量元素的含量。结果:Mg的含量最高,其后是Zn、Mn、Cu。结论:实验发现罗汉果、桔梗、川贝母、半夏、百部及前胡等6种止咳化痰类中草药含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,具有一定的药用价值及科学研究价值。
Objective: using flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination of fructus momordicae, platycodon grandiflorum, unibract fritillary bulb, pinellia, radix stemonae and hu before six kinds of trace elements in Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: using nitric acid and perchloric acid digestion, the samples (3 + 1 ) to flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination of fructus momordicae, platycodon grandiflorum, unibract fritillary bulb, pinellia, radix stemonae and Cu in former hu, zinc, Mg, Mn content of trace elements. Results: Mg is the highest content of commercial, followed by zinc, Mn, Cu. Conclusion: this lab found in fruetus momordicae, platycodon grandiflorum, unibract fritillary bulb, pinellia, radix stemonae and hu before six medicinal cough phlegm contains a variety of trace elements beneficial to human body, which has some medicinal value and scientific research value.
