Strategy of Western Enterprise Development from the Perspective of an Eastern Enterprise in China

从一个经历过改革开放 ,并发展成长的东部企业的视角认识西部大开发战略 ,重点探讨东部沿海新型国有企业的成长经验对西部大开发和西部企业发展的借鉴意义 ,以及东西部企业合作的可能性。

This paper discusses the strategy of West China development from the perspective of an eastern enterprise which has gone through the process of growth through the Reforming and Opening-up programme.The focus of the paper is to emulate the experience gained from the development of the new state-owned enterprises in the eastern coastal region to benefit the development of western enterprises,and to explore the possibility of eatablishing co-operation between western and eastern enterprises.
