The West China Development Strategy and Enterprise Management Innovation

首先分析了我国管理科学与国外先进水平之间的差距及这种差距的形成原因。然后分析了管理的积累性和管理的创新性 ,指出工业工程是实现管理积累与创新的重要实现技术。在此基础上 ,对东西方 2种现有的管理创新模式进行了对比分析 ,并结合国情建立了中国企业管理创新的参考模式。最后 ,以成都飞机 (集团 )公司为典型 ,探讨了西部企业的开发策略。

At the beginning of this paper, the differences between Chinese management science and the world advanced management model were illustrated and the relevant causes were analyzed. Then the issues of management accumulation and management innovation were studied, and the conclusion was obtained that Industrial Engineering is one of the important technologies to realize management accumulation and management innovation. On the basis of above, the Reference Model of Chinese Management Innovation was established through the study of Chinese situation as well as the comparison of Technology-Design model with Technology-Improvement model. At the end, taking Chengdu Aircraft Corporation as an example, the strategies of West China Development were discussed.
