石柑子总黄酮的超声波提取及抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究超声波萃取石柑子总黄酮的提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。通过正交试验设计确定了石柑子总黄酮超声波萃取的最佳条件,用DPPH法研究石柑子总黄酮对自由基的清除作用。最佳提取工艺为甲醇体积分数50%,固液比1∶25(g/mL),提取功率为135 W,提取时间40 min,总黄酮的提取率为1.65%。石柑子总黄酮对DPPH的清除率随质量浓度增大而增大,随时间增大而增大,90 min后清除率基本不变,IC50为3.65×10-2 mg/mL。超声波萃取石柑子总黄酮的工艺便捷、效率高;石柑子总黄酮对DPPH·有较好的清除能力,具有较强的抗氧化活性。 The optimum extraction conditions of total flavones by ultrasonic extracting from Pothos chinensis (Raf) Merr were investigated with orthogonal experimental design to study the extraction and anti-oxidation of total flavones. The antioxidant capacities of total flavones were evaluated using the DPPH assays. The optimum exlraeting condition were as follows: ultrasonic power 135 W, methanol concentration 50%, and extraction time 40 min and material water ratio 1 : 25 (g/mL), the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 1.65%. Flavonoids DPPH scavenging rate growth increases with concentration and time. The scavenging rate was basic invariant after 90 min, (IC50=0.036 5 mg/mL ) ; The extraction process of total flavonoids from Pothos chinensis (Raf) Merr by ultrasonic was convenient, high efficiency; The total flavonoids had a strong capacity of scavenging DPPH radical, so it could been preliminary identification of obvious antioxidant activity.
