苜蓿挥发油化学成分及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:1

Studies on the Chemical Constituents and Antioxidant Activity of Volatile Oils of Medicago sativa Linn

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱连用技术对水蒸气蒸馏法提取苜蓿中挥发油的组分进行分离和鉴定,并运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量,对苜蓿挥发油进行初步的抗氧化活性研究。试验结果表明,苜蓿挥发油中检验出46种组分,鉴定出42种化合物,其中主要组分是β-氧化石竹烯(22.13%)、叶绿醇(13.52%)、香芹烯(7.26%)、橙花叔醇(7.24%)、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(5.24%)、苯(基)乙醇(4.25%)、11-十六(烷)酸(3.26%),此外,还表明苜蓿挥发油具有较强的抗氧化活性。 The volatile oils from the Medicago sativa Linn was extracted by steam distillation. The components of the volatile oils were separated and structttrally identified by GC-MS, and the relative contents of these components by the peak-normalization method adopted in GC. At the same time, the antioxidant activity of volatile oils of Medicago sativa Linn was studied. The results showed that 46 components were separated from volatile oils of Medicago sativa Linn, and 42 components of them were identified. The main constituents of the volatile oils were fl-Caryophyllene oxide (22.13%), phytol (13.52%), d-limonene (7.26%), nerolidol (7.24%), 3, 7-dimethyl-1, 6-diene-3-alcohol (5.24%), phenylethyl alcohol (4.25%), 11-Hexadecanoic acid (3.26%) and so on. In addition, the volatile oils have the strong effect of scavenging action to hydroxyl radical.
