摘要
采用顶空萃取/气相色谱联用技术对亚临界贡菊净油的化学组分进行分析,分离并确认出44个组分,用归一法测定其相对百分含量,占总挥发油成分峰面积的95.76%,其中萜烯类物质占42.51%。另外,将其添加到卷烟(红大C2F)上进行添加试验,确定其最佳添加量为0.003%;在品牌卷烟中进行添加试验表明,贡菊挥发油能对多个品牌卷烟起到积极的改善作用。
The chemical components of the subcritical essential oil from the Tribute Chrysanthemum were analyzed by headspace extraction GC/MS. The total essential oil was separated and identified 44 components, the amount of the components fxom the essential oil were determined by normalization method, the components separated were identified by GC/MS. These components were composed of about 95.76%, and the terpenes was 42.51%. Adding the experiments in Hongda tobacco leaf (C2F), the exhancements could improve sweet sense, richness and fullness. The optimal dose of essential oil of Tribute Chrysanthemum was 0.003%.
