Research on Relationship Between Innovation Input and Output of High-tech Industry Based on Canonical Correlation Analysis

摘要 以我国高技术产业研发创新投入与创新产出之间的关系为研究对象,应用典型相关分析进行实证研究。研究发现:(1)高技术产业研发创新投入与创新产出之间呈相关性,且二者之间的相关关系具有统计学显著意义;(2)R&D项目数和R&D全时人员当量对于提高产品产值的正向作用显著,但是对于新产品销售收入具有一定的抑制作用;(3)R&D项目经费和新产品开发项目数对新产品销售收入的正向作用显著。根据研究结论提出相应的政策建议。 Taking the relation between innovation input and output of high - tech industry as the research object, the input and output index system is established according to the characters of high - tech industry, the empirical research is carried out based on the canonical correlation analysis method. The result shows that : ( 1 ) there is a strong correlation among the innovation input and output of high -tech industry; (2) the number of the R&D project and the whole time research and development personnel has significant effects on the value of the new products, but to some extent, they are to be the obsta- cle of the income of new products ; (3) the fee of the R&D project and the number of the new produce development project has significant effects on the income of new products. Finally, some policy suggestions are offered in accordance with the research result.
