制造企业向集成解决方案提供商转型的路径分析 被引量:3

摘要 制造-服务集成解决方案作为制造业与服务业融合的一种商业模式,被全球标杆企业纷纷采用。中国制造业处在全球价值链较底层,在外部服务业发展落后等综合因素影响下,更多中国制造企业放弃服务外包策略而采用制造服务集成战略。以浙江正特集团为例讨论中国制造业企业走集成解决方案供应商道路发展的可行性,认为成为集成解决方案提供商需要形成全新的内外部关系、全新的能力配置,创新组织构架以及收益方式。通过案例佐证了这些观点。 As a business model combining manufacturing with service, which called integrated solution (IS) has been a- dopted by global benchmarking corporations as a new strategy. Chinese manufacturing industry is at the bottom level of the value creation pyramid. Due to backward of the service industry, more Chinese enterprises choose to offer IS to expand profit. A case study incorporating an explorative analysis identifies that in order to be IS supplier, a manufacturer should make efforts to change every organization member' s idea; rebuild the business process and organization structure; improve the organization capability.
