摘要
在TI专利数据库平台的基础上,利用其中的专利诉讼检索功能,从涉诉专利趋势、时效性、核心性、地域性、专利权人与技术分布等几个方面对近年来美国涉案专利进行统计和分析,指出美国涉诉专利总体特征,并从企业、行业和国家层面提出相关对策。
On the basis of TI patent database platform, the paper uses the patent litigation retrieval functions to carry out a statistical analysis of litigation patents ranging from patents trend, timeliness, centrality, regional, patentees and technology distribution and to the other aspects in recent years of the USA. It points out that the general characteristics of the United States litigation patents and proposes countermeasures from business, industry, and national levels.
