金川公司矿山绿化区沙生植物重金属吸收特征 被引量:6

摘要 以金昌市矿山区主要沙生植物为材料,矿山地区土壤中主要残留重金属Ni、Gu为研究对象,通过对沙生植物重金属吸收特征的分析筛选重金属吸收优势物种。结果表明,矿山绿化区土壤重金属含量高,其中Cu、Ni等远超出国家土壤三类标准,是典型的重金属复合污染型土壤;供试样品中,根系滞留率较大,具有典型的根系囤积重金属特征,能够有效的阻止重金属进入地上部分,具备对Cu、Ni等重金属的排斥机理,利于该地复合型重金属污染土壤的植物稳定。基于4种沙生植物具有生物量大、生长速度快的特点,作为镍铜尾矿库的修复植物有较好的应用前景。 Taking the main psammophyte in sand mine zone of Jinchang city as the plant materials and local main heavy metal such as Ni, Cu as the research objects, the contents of heavy metals of psammophyte were analyzed, and the heavy metal accumulation characteristics and rules were studied to find out those psammophytes with heavy metal resistance and avoidance. The results showed that the contents of Ni and Cu in the soil were beyond grade three of national standards for environment quality, and the soil had been a type of complex heavy-metal contaminated. The root retention rate of the materials was bigger, they had the typical hoarding characteristics of heavy metals and could effectively prevent heavy metals into the part on the ground, with the rejection mechanism of heavy metals such as Cu, Ni, and it was beneficial to plant stabilization in complex heavy metal pollution of soil. Psammophyte had the characteristics of large biomass, growth speed, so, they could be taken as repair plant in nickel copper tailings reservoir which had a good application prospect.
