PCMC与PBL联合教学模式在心内科护理带教中应用研究 被引量:53

摘要 目的观察启发式临床医学教学模式(PCMC)与问题式学习(PBL)联合教学模式在心内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择在我院心内科实习的护生96人,按实习批次随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组49人,对照组47人。观察组采用PCMC与PBL联合教学模式带教,对照组采用传统教学模式带教,比较两组护生出科考试成绩、护生对教学方法的评价病人对护生的评价。结果观察组出科考试成绩、护生对教学方法的评价以及病人对护生的评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PCMC与PBL联合教学模式有利于激发护生的学习兴趣,提高护生自主学习的能力,增加团体协作精神,可有效提高护生的综合能力,提高教学质量和病人对护生的满意度。 Objective To observe the effect of problem-originated clinical medical curriculum (PCMC) combined with problem-based learning (PBL) in cardiovascular nursing teaching. Method 96 nursing students internship cardi- ology who were randomly divided into two groups, 49 in the observation group and 47 in the control group, PCMC combined with PBL teaching mode were used in the observation group, traditional teaching model were used in the control group. Period examination results, nursing student evaluation of teaching methods and the evaluation of pa- tients for nursing students were compared between the two groups. Result Examination scores, nursing students e- valuate teaching methods and evaluation of patients for nursing students in the observation group were better than that in the control group (P^0.05). Conclusion PCMC combined with PBL teaching mode in nursing students helped to stimulate interest in learning, improved self-learhing ability, increased teamwork spirit, can effectively im- prove nursing students comprehensive ability, and improve teaching quality and patient satisfaction with nursing students.
