微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期实施人性化康复护理的体会 被引量:38

摘要 目的探讨采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉(proximal femoral nail anirotation,PFNA)微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折病人围手术期实施人性化康复护理干预的效果。方法将2009年1月~2012年5月微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折64例患者随机分为康复组和对照组。康复组32例,其围手术期实施人性化康复护理。对照组32例,其围手术期实施常规康复护理。两组患者术后定期随访,比较两组的疗效及并发症发生情况。结果64例患者全部随访。两组随访10~19个月,平均14个月。所有患者手术切口均I期愈合,两组患者骨折均获得骨性愈合。两组在术后Harris评分、弃拐时间、骨折愈合时间比较,康复组明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较,康复组明显少于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论PFNA内固定术是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折理想的微创手术方式,围手术期结合实施人性化康复护理干预,能有效促进术后肢体功能恢复,明显减少术后并发症发生。
