摘要
针对轧钢企业轧制产量逐年上升 ,与轧机相接的渐开线齿形齿轮减速器承载能力严重不足的现状 ,提出将减速器的渐开线齿形变为抗点蚀能力较强的双圆弧齿形。首次将混合离散变量的优化设计算法运用于双圆弧齿形齿轮减速器参数设计。用此方法完成了湖南湘钢的 2 5 0线材轧机主减速器的变型设计。实践证明 。
Because of growing product in some Chinese iron and steel companies, load capacity of an involute gear decelerator connecting with a rolling mill is very short at present. It is proposed that a double-circular-arc gear which has large bending strength and bearing strength may be used instead of the involute gear in the decelerator. A mixed discrete composite program is first adopted to optimize parameter values of the double-circular-arc gear decelerator, which is connected to 250 rolling mill in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Company. It is proved that the double-circular-arc gear decelerator is running well.
