摘要
经啮合原理分析而得到的弧齿锥齿轮的齿面网格坐标是相对于齿轮坐标系而言的 ,不可避免地存在计算误差。而一对弧齿锥齿轮在安装完成之后 ,要求两个齿面的基点在空间重合 ,该点的齿面幺法矢共线。本文对此进行了分析模拟。
The exterior meshing coordinates of a spiral bevel gear obtained by the analysis of meshing principle are relative to the coordinate system tied to the gear, and there exists some error inevitably. It is required that the two exterior base points of a pair of spiral bevel gears concerned should coincide with each other. The two normal lines of the two points should also be the same after the gears have been put together. In this paper, we analyzed this problem in detail and carried out computer simulations.
