摘要
电气控制是数控机床的一个重要组成部分 ,常规的设计及应用方法有其局限性。本文在分析现有方法优缺点的基础上 ,提出了一种新的开放式设计方法 ,对其设计思想 ,硬件构成进行了介绍 ,对软件设计进行了详细说明。
The control of electrical device is an important part of NC machine tools. The general design methods have its restrictions. In this paper, based on the analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of existing realizing methods, a new open-architecture design method is developed. Its design philosophy and hardware are introduced and its software is described in detail.
