摘要
金属切削加工参数优化问题本质上是一个模糊问题。分析了圆周铣削传统优化模型的缺点 ,建立了圆周铣削参数多目标模糊优化模型 ,并根据模糊集合原理 ,将其转化为一个传统的单目标约束优化问题 ,从而可用任一非线性规划求解器进行求解。算例表明 ,模糊优化解具有优越性。
The problem of determining the optimum machining conditions is actually a fuzzy one. In this paper, the disadvantage of conventional models is analyzed. A fuzzy model for multi-objective optimization of machining parameters for peripheral milling is formulated. A traditional single-objective optimization model is derived from the fuzzy model for solving the problem with standard nonlinear programming solver. Calculations show that the results by fuzzy multi-objective approach are better than those by the traditional multi-objective optimization.
