摘要
瞬态过程振动特征对于旋转机械故障诊断是极其重要的 ,在多年自动诊断系统研究的基础上 ,针对三维谱图的自动识别与瞬态过程的故障诊断问题 ,提出幅值响应谐波分量 Bode图的概念 ;提出三维转速谱阵图表示为谐波分量 Bode图有限集的模型 ;提出基于谐波分量 Bode图集表示的三维谱图自动识别算法和振动故障瞬态诊断策略。从而实现机组三维转速谱阵图瞬态振动特征的自动提取和故障识别与诊断。
For the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery, vibration features in the transient process are very important. Based on the research of the automatic identification system, the concept of Bode diagram of harmonic components and the model for transforming the waterfall diagram into a limited set of Bode diagrams are presented in view of vibration features of the transient process and fault diagnosis. An automatic identification method and a strategy for fault diagnosis are discussed based on the waterfall diagram represented by the Bode diagram set of harmonic components. Therefore,the automatic extraction of features of waterfall diagrams, and the identification and diagnosis of fault are realized.
