浦东新区社区妇女保健人力资源现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the current situation of human resources for women health care in Pudong New Area Community

目的通过调查了解社区卫生服务中心妇女保健人力资源的现状以及存在的问题，为卫生行政部门决策提供依据。方法对浦东新区46家社区卫生服务中心及其中从事妇女保健的176名医务人员进行调查。结果176名社区妇女保健从业人员中，执业医师占82．95％；平均年龄是42．48±9．51岁；大专以上学历占78．98％；中高级以上职称（含主管护师）占51．70％；从事妇女保健工作平均年限17．36±11．93年；月收入在3000～5000元占69．89％。有52．17％的社区妇女保健从业人员对目前工作感到满意，满意的前3位原因是收入稳定、工作环境好、上班离家近；47．83％的感到不满意，不满意的前3位原因是工作强度大、收入较低、社会评价不高。结论社区卫生服务中心妇女保健人员数量少，年龄大；人员结构不合理，专业素质有待提高；社区妇女保健工作量大，待遇不高，正面临后备力量的短缺。

Objective To provide basis for the decisions of the administrative department of health by investigating the current situation of human resources for women health care in community health center and existing problems. Methods A total of 46 community health service centers in Pudong New Area and all of 176 medical staff engaged in women health care were investigated. Results Of 176 women heath care practitioners, licensed physicians accounted for 82.95%. The average age was 42.48 ± 9.51 years, and 78.98% had obtained college education. Practitioners with senior job titles （ including nurse-in-charge） accounted for 51.70% , and the average time engaging in women health care was 17.36 ± 11.93 years. There were 69.89% with monthly income of 3 000 to 5 000 Yuan. Of the practitioners, 52.17% were satisfied with their work, and the first three reasons were stable income, good environment and being near to home. The rest were not satisfied with their work, and the first three reasons were tense work, low income and inferior social evaluation. Conclusion Women health care practitioners in community health centers are understaffed, and their mean age is old. Personnel structure is irrational, and professional quality needs to be improved. They are heavy loaded, their wage is low, and now reserve forces are deficient.
