摘要 分析了常用装配设计模型的特点和要求 ,运用组件思想及其技术提出了基于广义环图树的开放式装配设计模型。此模型结构简单 ,扩展能力强 ,特别适合于在三维设计系统上扩充开发专用功能组件。开放式装配设计系统模型已在 Inte Solid 1.0上得到应用 ,将在Inte Solid2 .0上得到完善和进一步应用。 Assembly design is the core of product design. An open modeling of assembly design can greatly expand the functions and application areas of 3D design system. After analysing the characteristics and demands of general assembly design modeling, we presented the assembly design modeling based on general circle graph tree (CGT) using the thought and technology of component. The open modeling consists of core components and extending components among which data are exchanged through agents on bus. It realized the communication of different types of data among core components and extending components using the dynamic coding method. Core components are compounded into the system, while extending components are plugged and played. It developed an example of emulating software for numerically controlled machine tool. The open assembly design modeling based on CGT has simple structure and strong expansion, particularly adapted to expanding the spatial function components, and is used in InteSolid and will become more perfect.
