我国高等教育结构变迁过程中的主体力量及基本特征研究

A Study on the Main Forces and Their Basic Characteristics in the Process of Structural Changes of Higher Education

在六十年的发展历程中，我国高等教育结构经历了从计划到市场两个经济体制的转轨。利益主体的合作与博弈都一直存在于高等教育结构的变迁过程中．这能清晰反映政府、市场和大学三个主体之间的力量博弈。高等教育结构在不同的历史时期里所处的社会环境与制度环境不同，通过分析三个利益主体力量的差异性表现，概括与总结了我国高等教育结构变迁中出现的三种制度变迁类型及其对应的基本特征。

In the past 60 years of development, China＇s higher education structure has undergone fundamental changes as the overall economy has been switched from the central planning to the market track. Main interested bodies, namely, the government, the market and the universities, have cooperated and contended with each other in the whole process of the reform. The structure of higher education changes in different historical eras due to the evolving social and policy environments. This paper studies the characteristics of the three main forces, outlines the three institutional changes and their specific features in the process of the structural changes in China＇s higher education.
