摘要
大学人才选拔机制是对于大学招生机制的进一步深化。传统的大学招生机制是在政府的行政操控下的学校行为。而大学人才选拔机制所体现出的变革在于大学自主权从政府到大学的转移,以及大学、政府、社会(市场)间的协作;另外,大学人才选拔机制的核心是人才,实施手段是选拔,体现的意义是自主。大学招生突破以往被动的依赖高考成绩的机制,寻求一种对外主动与高中合作、对内发展专业学术性,共同致力于人才的选拔和培养的科学选拔机制。
The concept talent selection is a significant progress for universities that once relied only on the national college entrance examinations. Traditionally, the college enrollment was a responsibility of the university under the close supervision of the government. Talent selection is a reform to that signifies independence of the university, and the cooperation of between the university, the government, the society (the market). Core to the talent selection is the emphasis on talent, which is selected in a process of examinations and interviews given by the university independently. Besides, the talent-selection for college focuses on the talent-finding, talent-training and the advance of the college academy.
