摘要
从工学结合概念及内涵入手,指出当前高职商务日语人才培养模式中存在的问题,提出确立校企合作育人机制、构建"能力本位"的人才培养定位和模块化课程体系、采用一体化的多元教学方法和手段、搭建"校内仿真实训+校外顶岗实习"实践教学平台、组建专兼结合双师型师资队伍、建构多元课程考核评价体系等工学结合人才培养模式优化对策,以期达到培养高技能应用型高职商务日语人才的最终目的。
Starting from the concept and connotation of work-integrated-learning, pointing out the current problems in the talent- training mode of higher vocational Business Japanese, the paper is putted forward that establishing school-enterprise cooperation education 'mechanism, building a "competency-based" talent cultivation positioning and modular curriculum, using integration of multiple teaching methods and means, building practicing teaching platform of " simulation training + off campus internships", setting up double-type teachers , constructing multivariate evaluation system and other work-integrated-learning talent-training mode optimization strategies, in order to cultivate high skilled higher vocational Business Japanese talents.
