摘要
新的大晶格替代型激光晶体Gd_3Ga_(5-x-y)Mg_xZr_yO_(12)和Gd_(3-x)Ca_xGa_(5-y-x)Mg_yZr_xO_(12)的拉曼光谱最近已研究过。与不替代的Gd_3Ga_5O_(12)晶体的拉曼光谱相比很明显的拉曼谱线增宽表现了与非晶不同的一种无序性。这种无序性对于荧光谱线均匀宽度的影响的研究,可能对理解激光晶体的发光性质是很重要的。
Investigations by Ramam scattering in new laser crystals with large lattice Gd_3Ga_(5-x-y)Mg_xZr_yO_(12) and Gd_(3-x)Ca_xGa_(5-y-z)Mg_yZr_zO_(12), obtained by substituting Ca for Gd and Mg., Zr for Ga partly , have been done. Comparing Raman scattering spectrum of those two crystals with that of the non-substituted Gd_3Ga_5O_(12), obvious broadening of Raman peaks shows the disorder character of those two crystals. This disorder character differs from that of amorphes. Influence of this disorder on the homogeneous width of fluorescence lines and its life time might be important to understand the optical properties of those laser crystals.
