摘要
本文结合古典文献,对"台"这一中华文明早期供帝王观看演出的建筑形式做了介绍和分析。作者认为,"台"在春秋时代之后日渐兴盛,实际上已经成为宫廷娱乐演出的主要场所,而到了隋唐之后,不再以"台"来命名宫苑,"台"在其中的标志性作用也日渐衰落。
With reference to the ancient records, this paper draws an introduction and analysis of "Tai", a kind of construction which serves as the place for the emperor to watch performance at the pre-stage of Chinese civilization. The author believes that "Tai" slowly comes to its prime during the Spring and Autumn Periods, as a matter of fact, it has become the main background of royal court performance. But when it comes to the Sui and Tang Dynasty, "Tai" was no longer used to name palaces and the landmark role of "Tai" has been declining.
