We discuss regular growth of algebraical function with Borel exceptional small functions（meromorphic function） in this paper,then gain regular growth theorem of algebraical function with Borel exceptional small functions,by establishing relationship of characteristic functions and regular growth theorem of meromorphic function,improve on some related conclusions.
