摘要
使用热解镀层石墨管和峰面积法在原子化温度2900K、20秒条件下可得到的实验特征量值为1.12Pg,接近L'vov的理论计算值1.07Pg。1mol/L HNO_3、HC1、H_2SO_4和1mg/ml K、Na、Ca、Mg、Al、Fe、Ce、Y和La不产生基体干扰。用此法可直接测定高达10mg/ml地球和水系沉积物的标准溶液,测定结果和标准值符合。本工作讨论用热解镀层石墨管测定镱时,其绝对分析的可能性。
The value of characteristic mass of Yb is 1.12 pg in the atomization temperature 2900K 20s by using pyrocoated graphite tube and peak area method, this value is close to the value 1.07 pg, theorectically calculated by L'vov. 1 mol/L HNO_3, HCl, H_2SO_4, 1 mg/ml K, Na, Ca, Mg, Al, Fe, Ce, Y, La do not interfere the Yb determination. Using this technique for Yb analysis in 10 mg/ml standard reference materials of water sediments and geochemistry samples, the results showed in good agreement with that certified. The possibility of standardless analysis for Yb in pyrocoated graphite tube was descussed in this work.
